Our shuttle will be waiting for you outside the airport. To get there, leave the airport at arrivals level, then continue straight ahead for 50m. The shuttle is a minibus with “royalnavette.ch” signs. You will then be taken to our car park to collect your vehicle in just a few minutes.
You will simply need to contact us on +41(0)78 222 32 66 to let us know about your change. In the event of cancellation, your booking will be fully refunded provided that you have taken out travel cancellation insurance and that your cancellation request reaches us at least 24 hours before your departure.
For every CHF 300 spent, you receive CHF 30 in loyalty credit in your account. This credit is available as a deduction on your next booking, has no expiry date and can be accumulated. Your account is credited once your booking has been completed, i.e. when you return from your trip.
Once you have used our services for the first time, you can refer people of your choice by logging in to your customer area. From the first day of the referred person’s booking, you will receive CHF 20 as the referrer, while the person you referred will receive CHF 10.
